Protein pancakes are a great idea if you’re looking for a healthy but indulgent breakfast idea (let’s be honest protein pancakes are a great idea any time of the day). Ladies, protein is not just for those meat heads in the gym trying to ‘make gainz’. If you’re anyone looking to burn fat and maintain lean muscle (which will help you burn fat) then protein is a must and a lack of it could explain why you aren’t seeing the results you want to. So, without further ado, here’s my protein pancake recipe x Ingredients: 1 (medium egg) 4 scoops of protein powder (I use the protein world vanilla slender blend) 2 scoops of plain flour 2 scoops of oats 150ml of almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer) Fruits for topping of choice How to make:
*the measurements I used can be altered depending on the consistency you want the pancakes i.e. if you want them slightly softer add more milk. This also makes 4-6 small pancakes so if you want more then just increase the proportions as necessary Enjoy
