TIP ONE – Plan your day This can be in as much or as little detail as you please. But at the most basic level, I would write down the main things you want to achieve that day and if you want to you can set a rough time you want to achieve them by. This gives you a focus, if you don’t really know what you want to achieve that day then you are more likely to waste time doing things which ultimately won’t improve your life. I think at times we forget that the way your life looks today really is the direct result of how you use your time. TIP TWO – Do your most important tasks first! As good as your intentions may be to get certain things done, let’s be honest life can simply get in the way sometimes and before you know it, its 6pm and you’ve achieved almost nothing. By doing your most important tasks early you ensure that you actually do them! – for example with working out, its been proven that people who train first thing in the morning tend to be more consistency (and consistency is how you get results!). You are also at your freshest in the morning ! TIP THREE - Clean up your diet! Don’t underestimate the power that eating well can have on your mind and productivity levels. Think of your boy as a machine – the better you look after and fuel a machine, the more efficiently it will work. You really don’t have to go overboard with this but here are some simple things you can do to clean up your diet which will have you feeling more productive in no time:
BONUS TIP ! Drink coffee with coconut oil first thing in the morning! This is literally a God-send. I could talk on and on about how great this is for you but ill focus on how it aids your productivity. Both coconut oil and coffee are foods that will ‘clear you out’ for want of a better phrase. Although this doesn’t sound that pleasant, its actually very beneficial and will leave you feeling light and ready to go. The caffeine in coffee along with the fat in coconut oil will give you a great kick in the morning and if you are trying to drop body fat, this will be your best friend! You make it simply as you would your normal coffee but add a teaspoon of coconut oil and stir. https://www.skinnyandcompany.com/blogs/skinny-talk/9246883-coconut-oil-coffee-recipes Thanks for reading guys,

TIP ONE... Get rid of things you do not need.
This may sounds obvious but it is probably the hardest step to achieving a clean looking wardrobe, especially when you are a student with minimal space. The process has to be brutal, I normally go by getting rid of anything I have not used in the past year (unless its a special occasion piece). This allows me to keep up with the trends and make money by selling the stuff i get rid of. TIP TWO...Put away non-seasonal pieces. If you have an old suitcase or a neat storage compartment under your bed (which you can buy very cheaply at wilko) then i would suggest packing up any items that are not useful for the current season but are still pieces you don't want to get rid of (e.g a fur coat in summer). This will allow you to maximise your space. TIP THREE...Invest in some matching hangers ! This is a really simple way to give your wardrobe a clean and put together look without changing much at all. I love the look of wooden hangers as they have that luxury feel to them and last ages but black felt hangers are also another favorite of mine as they have really good grip and look beautiful ! TIP FOUR...Fold your denim. As you can see in the image of my wardrobe, I fold my denim (jeans in particular) In tone order. This adds a really minimalist touch and in my opinion looks a lot neater than when they are hanged. TIP FIVE...Put a storage item e.g. a basket in your wardrobe. This is a really good way to neatly store those annoying little things that can make your wardrobe look clustered e.g. belts, scarfs, braces etc. whilst keeping the minimalist appeal. TIP SIX...Pinterest it ! Pinterest is a great source of endless inspiration for just about anything especially wardrobe organisation ideas. So whilst I have organised my clothes based on colour, you may find that the items you have don't easily lend themselves to this, or maybe you want to organise them based on texture or tones or type....pinterest is filled with ideas. Finally good luck and enjoy the process, It can feel overwhelming when you are at the point where you are sat in the middle of your bedroom floor surrounded by piles of clothes but I promise you the end result will be worth it.
